Rhode Malivert

Rhode Malivert is the founder and CEO of K12 Preparatory Academy, established in 2019 after a 15-year career as a Chemical Engineer. Her academy focuses on providing quality education to prepare students for future academic and professional success. Originally from Haiti, Rhode moved to the United States at the age of 12. She began her professional journey as a Chemical Engineer, aiming to make positive changes in people's lives. After 14 years in the corporate sector, she pursued her entrepreneurial passion by founding K12 Preparatory Academy, emphasizing educational empowerment for learners. In addition to her role at the academy, Rhode serves on the Board of Directors for the Family Action Network Movement (FANM), contributing to community development and advocacy. Rhode's dedication to education and community engagement aligns with NCARA's mission to promote Caribbean American involvement in the political process.
